Zane's Place is a 2,475 square foot luxury home located on the 2nd hole at The Ledges Golf Club. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, a covered back patio, and a private backyard.
The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

The only issue with this property was the strong chemical smell when we first arrived. I think the cleaning products used need to be changed a the odor was very hard to get rid of. For that reason I gave only 4 stars for cleaning.
Property management company was responsive, timely and attentive when the internet stopped working! Ryan was especially helpful!
