Description
Spanned across three levels is this beautiful 2-bedroom/3-bathroom townhome in a quiet building surrounded by lush forest. This mountain townhome backs up to Burgess Creek and has easy access to world-class skiing and mountain biking trails. The Thunderhead chairlift is just a 15-minute walk up the hill. Skip the gondola line and go straight to the chairlift!
Upon entering Winterwood 5, you will be immediately taken by the modern, mountain decor. Right in the entrance, there is a large storage area for all of your outdoor toys.
You will be able to enjoy your evenings in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. You will love the large plush couch that can also pull out to sleep 2. Just outside of the living room, there is a patio where you can relax in the quiet mountain landscape and grill up some food on the gas-powered grill. There is also an outdoor dining table with seating for 4.
The well-furnished kitchen is stocked up with everything you need to cook a delicious meal for the whole family including dishware, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. There is room for 6 at the dining room table, and 4 more can sit at the kitchen bar. Around the corner from the kitchen, you will find a half bathroom conveniently on the main level.
Upstairs you will find the primary king suite equipped with a cozy king bed and a flat screen TV. With 2 closets and a dresser, there is plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. This bedroom has an enormous en-suite bathroom including a gorgeous shower and his-and-her sinks. This is the perfect place to pamper yourself after a long powder day.
Downstairs on the lowest level is the second bedroom which is outfitted with a snug king bed & a couch that pulls out into a twin bed to sleep 1. There is also a flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. Attached is a sizeable en-suite bathroom with plenty of space and a beautiful steam shower.
