Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club
Looking for a vacation villa that has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, and sleeps up to 8 people? Check out this two-storey property. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is on the ground floor and has pool views, a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also on the ground floor and also has a queen-size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are both upstairs and both have two single beds in each, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. The kitchen is L-shaped and has black appliances, grey countertops, patio doors that lead to the pool area, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, kitchen gadgets, and more that you’d need to put together any meal. If you need more than four seats for meal time, use the dining suite in the formal dining area. Here, you’ll find a rectangular wooden table with six seats. The living room is large. It has tiled flooring (as does all the communal areas), two light green sofas, a large flat screen TV, and access to the pool area. The pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out. It has a good-size pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and it has a circular patio table and four chairs for those who want to sit down and relax with their favorite ice-cold beverage.
Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
