With easy access to sand dunes, reservoirs, and Zion’s National Park, outdoor adventure is right at your doorstep! The homes offer luxuries and entertainment galore, so whether you're relaxing at the pool, kicking up your feet to a show, or competing with the myriad of board games, video games, or tabletop games, you’ll find exactly what you need to make this vacation memorable! Don’t settle for just a slice of the action, take The Whole Cake for an unforgettable Southern Utah experience!
Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!
Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more!
We would like to advise you that during this time, the Pecan Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
