Unit#231 has 997 interior square feet with a 196 square foot lanai! Beautiful Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the condo. No carpet! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!
Unit#231 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & A King Sized Bed in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. Central Air Conditioning available too!
White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.

The condo was clean, mostly upgraded and comfortable for our family of three. The bathrooms were dated but functional (nicer rugs and some paint for the rusting fixtures and tub area would make them more comfortable).
The condo offered everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and enjoying Hawaii.
The condo has AC but that's not needed since there's a security door (major bonus) that allows you to open the back patio and front door for a great breeze.
The onsite staff was nice as well as the owners and full time residents.
As vaction rental owners, I would recommend this place. It deserves 5 stars.
