This stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury home spans an impressive 3,300 sq. ft., seamlessly blending rustic charm with modern sophistication. Perfect for families or groups, Waffelhaus can sleep up to 8 guests in comfort. Enjoy two spacious primary suites, a cozy bunkbed room, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms with luxury fixtures. Gather around one of two stone fireplaces, prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and Vetrazzo glass countertops, or relax in the open living spaces with wide pine floors and a walkout family room. • Our minimum rental age is 25.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the exterior of the house pointed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
