Vinnie's Beach House is the ultimate vacation retreat! This luxurious home is located just steps from the Desert Color Resort amenities. With a private pool, hot tub paddleboard, and two spacious living areas, Vinnie's Beach House is designed for comfort and convenience!

This outdoor oasis features a hot tub, fire table, and ample patio seating, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee with a view or stargazing in the evening, this balcony is a true highlight of Vinnie's Beach House.
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Property Manager guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. Promo codes will be emailed out 48 hrs after booking with a list of our 13 different partners!
There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
