Lots of natural sunlight throughout, a bright living area is open-plan and is newly furnished with modern furniture and a perfect mix of traditional elegance and contemporary décor. The cozy seating area includes a 75” smart TV and a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people.
The four fully furnished bedrooms are highly comfortable and private. Drift off to dreamland on the high-quality bedding covered with soft linens. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that bathe the rooms in natural light. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious shower, while the other three bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. Towels (bath, hand, face and pool) and individual hotel size soaps, shampoos and conditioners are supplied for your convenience. There is a washer, dryer, ironing board and cleaning supplies available for use. Rooms have smart TVs and high speed internet throughout.

HOUSE RULES:
-No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
-We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable especially from 10pm-8am
-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
-Parking: 2 Cars Permitted in Front Driveway
-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM
-Early Check-In & Late Check-Out. Need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for the additional time. Please reach out in advance for approval. Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depends on availability but with an additional cost.
DOOR ACCESS: The locks are operated via keypad. The code will be provided to guests before arrival.
POOL: The Hot Tub Spa is heated, the Pool is not.
Please note: The pool is not gated, please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool area at all times. There is no lifeguard at the pool so guests take full responsibility.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests have private access to the entire property, no spaces are shared. However, pool maintenance, landscapers, or other maintenance people may access the backyard without prior notice to guests.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE DISCLOSURE OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY For your safety and to prevent theft and insurance claims, this property is equipped with an outdoor video surveillance camera situated only at the front door only. Please note that this camera is not monitored live and does not store recordings. It is not intended for personal safety purposes. Additionally, there are no indoor cameras, to uphold the privacy of all our guests.
