Nestled in the heart of Killington, Villa Reitter is a charming Swiss chalet that seamlessly blends classic alpine appeal with modern comforts, featuring two cozy ground-floor bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a luxurious double bathroom with a steam shower for four, while the second floor boasts a fully updated kitchen with Samsung BeSpoke appliances, a Kitchenaid dishwasher, and a variety of coffee options such as a drip machine, Keurig, and Nespresso, leading into a warm and inviting living room that connects to a charming bar area with a sink, and for entertainment, there is a large-screen TV that lowers by 27 inches above the bar for ideal viewing, along with a DVD/VHS player, cable, internet, Roku, and a collection of movies and board games, while a wood-burning fireplace (wood not supplied, but you can purchase locally), adds to the cozy atmosphere, and outside, a deck and grill offer opportunities for outdoor enjoyment, all thoughtfully decorated for the holidays with a lit wreath and a small tree, making Villa Reitter a perfect retreat for up to six guests looking for a memorable mountain getaway.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $1000 fine for smoking in the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
