Located just one block from Lift 7, you'll have quick and easy access to world-class skiing and outdoor activities. Plus, with the free town shuttle nearby, you're just minutes from Telluride's vibrant shops, dining, and cultural attractions.
Whether you're here for an adventure-packed getaway or a quiet retreat, this mountain condo offers the perfect base to experience the beauty and excitement of Telluride.
The complex also offers Salt water Hot Tub, heated pool (summer only - Property Manager does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).
***Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise around the property, but not directly for this building. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday***
