Welcome to Valley Condos! This spacious stand alone four bedroom/three bath townhome is nestled in beautiful Aspen trees offering tranquility and privacy with plenty of space to host a family of eight! Located just minutes from the ski mountain, grocery store and a wide variety of restaurants.

Upon entering, kick your shoes off and make your up to the main floor where you will find a cozy open living area with a gas fireplace and a 50" smart TV. The tastefully remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook up a feast. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six and a couple of bar stools for extra guests on the kitchen island. There is also a spacious patio with a gas fireplace perfect for enjoying the cool summer nights.
Lower Level/ Downstairs - All three guest bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house along with two full bathrooms. The first guest bedroom comes with a built in twin over full bunk bed perfect for the little ones. The other two guest bedrooms offer comfortable queen mattresses and have access to the lower patio. Once outside on the patio, you will find your own private jacuzzi to unwind and relax after a long day on the slopes. The recently remodeled guest bathrooms both provide stunning stone stand up showers.
Upper Level/ Primary - Lastly, the primary suite located on the top floor which offers privacy with its own fireplace and en-suite bathroom. The recently remodeled primary bath consists of a double vanity sink, a beautiful tile shower and extra storage.

Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
