On a quaint street lined with historic buildings, right in the heart of Telluride, Twin Bricks is a lovely and newly remodeled home away from home. Just one block from Telluride's free gondola and one block from the shopping and dining of main street, this vacation rental offers a homey escape from the day's adventures. This historic building has been lovingly updated and curated with the most inviting eclectic, modern decor.
Enter through brick facade and preserved historic door off of South Oak Street into the cozy living area complete with a flat screen TV (with Apple TV) and SONOS speaker. Relax on the cozy couch and watch the skiers passing down the street to the gondola or enjoy the buzz of the Friday farmers' market in summer. Go beyond the spiral stairs into the dining area and the fully remodeled kitchen that includes all the appliances you need including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Cook yourself a nourishing meal and settle into the dining nook to catch up with your travel companions about the day's adventures. On the main level, you'll also find a small but full bathroom with brand new walk-in shower. In Summer, enjoy use of the private courtyard and garden just outside the back door of this special home.
Up the spiral stairs, you'll find a king bedroom, a two-twin bedroom, and a special-for-the-kiddos sleeping nook. The king bedroom has a modern farmhouse cottage appeal, with wood bed frame and desk nook. This room also offers a flat screen television and a dresser for storage. The twin bedroom features two twin XL beds along with another custom-built desk space and dresser. Between rooms, there is a second newly remodeled full bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a separate laundry area. Tucked away into a cozy nook, separate from the two bedrooms on this level, is another full-size floor mattress in its own hideaway space -- it's like indoor glamping for kids! This nook is the perfect spot for the kids to enjoy some respite after a day on the mountain.
