The Tuscan Vacation Rental has cozy, warm, coastal elegance! This 3 bed, 3 bath home has extra sleeping arrangements that sleep 8. Recently updated, the home features a very spacious and open layout, perfect for larger groups and families. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in your private kitchen and dining area, or dine outside by the pool. The pool deck is very inviting and features a sunbathing area. Lounge out by the pool and catch some sun, or enjoy an afternoon treat on the covered lanai.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This open concept home with vaulted ceilings gives you and your guests plenty of space with a large sectional in the living area complete with a flat-screen TV, which is visible from the kitchen and bar area. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, a new double door fridge, and a dining table that seats 6. Next to the living room, you'll find the first bedroom that features a queen-size bed, TV, and large closet. Across the way is the second bedroom that also has all of the same amenities but is connected to a full bath. Next, the master bedroom is a very large room with a bed fit for a king. The double vanity has plenty of lighting and separates a large walk-in closet, and a full bath. The full-size patio doors in the living room lead to the enclosed pool area with a grill and outside dining table, as well as a few lounge chairs. This home also includes a garage and beach accessories.
LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS
Enjoy a prime location, minutes from the famous Vanderbilt Beach, and close proximity to Mercato with its world-famous dining and shopping. Charter a fishing boat or head to Marco Island for a day filled with history and adventure. Over 100 golf courses nearby and a short drive to downtown Naples and 5th Ave S, Naples Zoo, Waterside Shops, and Luxury Shopping. Why visit Naples? While there are many top-notch destinations for travelers visiting the state of Florida, Naples deserves a lot of attention. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, Naples is well known for its beautiful beaches, variety of golf courses, and high-end shopping. - Check out time is 10:00 AM.
- Easy check-in & check out process. Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
- Baby Gear Pack is available if you are traveling with an infant: $225.00
- Trip Insurance: 7.65 % of total
- Pet Fee - $25/pet per day + tax
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee,etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Need something smaller, larger or in a different location? Our local team offers a wide variety of terrific furnished rentals throughout Naples at a wide variety of price points to suit many budgets. Tell us what you are looking for and we will gladly try to make a recommendation.
Don't need a whole month? No problem. We offer many properties where you can stay for a few nights, a week, or any number of nights. At NaplesFloridaVacationHomes there's no need to rent an entire month, with a few exceptions.
Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
Discounts can also be made for those paying by eCheck, ACH or wire transfer. At Property Manager, LLC we are happy to pass the savings in credit card processing fees along to the consumer.
