*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Gulf Front Outdoor Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Fitness Room, Boardwalk to Beach.
*PARKING: Tropical Winds offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed. 1 Pass is included in your booking but if you need a 2nd pass you will need to purchase it through our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival, your parking pass(es) will be on the kitchen counter in your unit. Tropical Winds has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

Spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit located in the heart of gulf minutes from shopping, dining, and area attractions. This 3rd floor corner unit offers direct gulf front views and beach access is only steps away.
The living room features a Sleeper Sofa, two recliners, an easy chair, television and balcony access. The balcony is set up with table and chairs, and is a perfect space to enjoy the endless views of the Gulf of America. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 6. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, drip coffee maker & Keurig, and is fully equipped with cookware and utensils for preparing your meals.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, television, private bathroom, and balcony access.
