Great experience. Tons of snow road was cleared each afternoon. Mammoth Reservations pleasant and ready to meet our needs, like incidentals. There needs to be a snow shovel in the garage.

The home is very spacious and in a great location. And overall everything looked good and worked well. I was most impressed with the management team as they were very responsive. If we had an issue, somebody came within 15 minutes. I have a couple of suggestions: 1. keep extra glassware somewhere. They break frequently. When we arrived, there was only 4 regular glasses and wine glasses for 10 people, though tons of coffee cups. 2. The couch is not that comfortable for more than 2 people. Other than that, it was an awesome trip and we would go back to the same place in a minute.

We have been spending Christmas in Mammoth the 9 years and this Condo was one of nicest we have stayed. It was nice large and roomy for everyone not to be on top of each other. Hopefully we will be staying here again

The property is in a perfect location - walk to downtown - close to hiking and an amazing disc golf course - The house was incredibly comfortable and peaceful - nestled among big pines and Aspens which were going off in color -

The mattress in the upstairs master bedroom is sunken in on both sides. Mattresses must be replaced once every eight years this one looks a lot older than eight years. The furniture in the main living room was very uncomfortable and dirty. We found one kitchen pot to have food stains on the inner portion (No worries it was properly cleaned by my wife) Timbers 15 has three televisions neither were connected to a cable or satellite service. The television in the main living room had Roku service which was very annoying if you’ve never dealt with Roku. We have rented from Mammouth Reservations for many years in a row never have we been in one of their rentals that didn’t have cable or satellite service to their TVs. I would have provided a better review but an article of clothing was accidentally left behind in the garage. We have informed personnel at the Mammouth Reservations office but their response is slow.

nice house. very clean and well equipped. a few too many steps. we stay in a lot of rental houses and the most common issue is the tv's and this place is no exception. I understand the economies of streaming services but the ROKU tv's were not a hit.

Rental felt pretty clean for a place that allows pets. We appreciated some of the restrictions; i.e., take shoes off at the entryway (do not wear shoes inside), no pets on the Furniture, etc. these are restrictions we have in our own home to keep the house cleaner.
Kitchen was very well-stocked with various kitchen items to use.
Most doors and windows and their coverings were in working order.
It is very spacious. The layout was perfect for our family.
I would just like to add that it would have been nice to have a screen door on the sliding doors so you could get more beautiful, fresh mountain air.

This was a perfect location to spend our vacation. It was clean, and is much larger than the pictures seem. We had more than enough room for four couples + kids. It was great to have access to a large kitchen, a hot tub, and a washing machine. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, etc. There was even a waffle iron and bundt cake pan! We also used the small basket of toys and games. Wifi worked great. The location is a neighborhood right next to a golf course with easy access to nearby outdoor attractions and grocery stores. We did hear the lawn mowers in the morning, but it was not very disturbing. There were deer outside in the mornings. Our only complaint was that the beds are not very comfortable. If you are sensitive to firm beds, consider bringing a mattress topper, or something similar.

Super-close to all the things in the city of Mammoth. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean house and it's nicely appointed and gorgeous on the inside and out. During the non-winter months you can fit 4 regular-sized vehicles in the driveway/garage. The garage ceiling is a decent height. I was able to pop the rear hatch on my Ford Escape without fear of it getting wrecked. The driveway in front of the garage is long enough to safely fit two midsized cars nose to rear. Property is pet-friendly, but it did NOT smell like pets. 2 couples and 4 single folks stayed and did all the things you do in Mammoth during the spring/early summer. We never ran out of hot water during the consecutive shower routine. The In-Ground hot tub was nice to come home to, and is nice to not have to crawl up and in one after wrecking your body all day. There's ample closet/chest of drawers space in each room. Note: there are obviously a lot of stairs in this property, so if you are adverse to that, look elsewhere. A few minor annoyances that are FAR from being dealbreakers: the front-door lock thing is kind of strange/difficult to use. Shower water pressure is just satisfactory. Bring extra T.P. if you have a larger group. There was no brush or metal spatula for the grill. There is no conventional coffee maker there, only k-cup maker. The ice machine on the fridge will produce not so much ice at a time. Does not have your standard cable-tv, so if you need to watch anything live/sports related, i'd suggest bringing your own roku/firestick/chromecast. Also if you go for a walk around the back of the house, you'll probably come up on some free golf balls on the property lol.
