Surf n Seahorse is perfectly appointed, washed in soothing coastal tones and filled with all the comforts of home. High-end custom touches like arched openings, built-in entertainment center and granite countertops make this beautiful home special without being fussy. Outside you will find a passenger lift, meant for people and luggage, which will make the load in easy on everyone. This home also boasts an enormous deck, lots of deck chairs, chaise loungers and dining table for outdoor meals while overlooking the canal. On the ground level you will find and outdoor bar, Shell/Fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, fire pit, additional dining table and outdoor swings that give you a great view of the canal. Also included is a game room with ping pong table, Tv, and outdoor games.
Inside this beautiful home you will find plenty of comfortable seating in the living area for those who want to watch a movie or curl up with a good book after a long day at the beach, large dining table, and bar stools around the kitchen island to keep the cook's company while they prepare the catch-of-the-day. Each restful bedroom has its own TV, so when it's time to turn in and catch the late show there'll be no fighting over who gets to watch their favorite show. Enjoy breakfast at the table on the deck while you plan your day of fun in the sun and reconvene for a rousing game of dominoes in the evening.
