Sunstone Casita is a stunning private casita located in the Desert Color community. This charming casita offers exclusive access to a 2.5-acre lagoon, complete with serene beaches for relaxation. Enjoy the refreshing community pool and hot tub, or engage in some friendly competition on the community pickleball courts. Enjoy the tranquil private patio for outdoor relaxation, or unwind indoors while watching TV. The casita features a fully functional kitchen, though it does not include an oven or dishwasher. Whether you're here for a short escape or an extended stay, Sunstone Casita provides a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for your perfect getaway.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
