WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE SUNCHASE HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION/MANAGEMENT. A GUEST LIST WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF BOOKING AND GIVEN TO THE HOA FOR APPROVAL. ANY RESERVATION THAT IS NOT APPROVED, WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN AT OUR OFFICE (3901 PADRE BLVD) AND WILL THEN BE ESCORTED BY OUR STAFF TO THE SUNCHASE, WHERE YOUR CHECK-IN PROCESS WILL BE FINALIZED. ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE PRIOR TO 11PM ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. GUESTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE CONDO IF ARRIVING AFTER 11PM.
A Beachfront Beauty! Sunchase Beachfront #234 is a beautifully decorated three bedroom/two bathroom condominium! Guests can experience breathtaking ocean views from the oversized balcony facing the beach. The balcony has new patio furniture, providing you with a comfortable space to enjoy sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico! The living and dining areas are all large and offer guests plenty of seating room to relax. There is cable TV that includes Redzone and the NFL channels for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and the kitchen faucet features a filtered water system that is drinkable straight from the tap. The master bedroom entails a King size bed. The first guest bedroom entails a Queen size bed and the second guest bedroom entails two Queen beds making a comfortable accommodation for eight people.
Sunchase Condominiums has many amenities for you to enjoy during your stay including a great pool area! The pool is heated which makes it the perfect spot to relax year round! There is a private beach access with a coded gate and wash off facilities at entrance/exit. The gate is only 50 yards from your condo. Watch out for the SpaceX Launches! Our condo is a short walk to the southern end of South Padre where you can see a front row view of the rocket launches!
There is access to a large indoor gym, two indoor racquetball/hand ball courts, and two outdoor tennis courts. There are outdoor grills available for use and even a fish cleaning station! Sunchase Beachfront also features a coin operated laundry facility with multiple machines for your convenience. The facility is just 30 feet from the condo. Wifi is provided by the condo complex in the common areas only (pool and grounds). Free WIFI is provided inside the condo for guests. Sunchase Beachfront is also gated for extra security and is staffed by 24 hour security.
