Summer Palace is located at Gulf Shores Plantation approximately 14.5 miles from downtown Gulf Shores. Being built as a duplex, which is 1,300 sq. ft. per side, you have the luxury of renting half or all of this property!
The Main Level offers a Kitchen, with both large and small appliances, as well as cookware, utensils, & a walk-in Pantry. The Living Room offers a 50" Television, with Sleeper Sofa, Oversized chair that converts to a Twin bed, and balcony access. For your convenience, there is also a Half Bathroom on the main level.
The Upper Level offers Two Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms! The Primary Bedroom offers King Bedding, 37" Television, & private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom, or Kids Room, offers Full over Full Bunk Beds, a Twin Bed, & 37" Television. The Kids Room sleeps 5 and offers a Private Bathroom. Each bedroom offers a Private Balcony with Gulf views! The Laundry Closet, offering a Full Size Washer/ Dryer, is also located on the Upper Level for your convenience!
This property offers many amenities--as well as an onsite restaurant--so you can enjoy all the Plantation Resort offers while never leaving! Many amenities such as Dunes Saltwater Indoor Pool, Fitness Room, Sauna, Indoor Hot Tub, Coin Laundry, several Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs, Tennis Courts, Basketball, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, Walking Trails, the list just keeps going!

*PARKING: Summer Palace is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking. Your parking permits will be obtained from the Guard upon arrival at no charge. Please let the Guard know you are staying in Summer Palace A, which is Lot/ House 1. Since you are only booked in Side A, be sure to only park on Side A and do not block Side B driveway or under the house parking.
*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
