Deluxe condo sleeps 8 persons 2,100 sq.ft 3 bedroom and Den with large sectional & 2 full bathroom
we just added this unit Late February to our inventory
professionally and tastefully decorated ,nice accessories this is an exceptional condo where no expense has been spared we have considered every comfort for our guests It is completely equipped, with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands.
Bedrooms : Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and bathroom en suite.
The second master bedroom has a king sized bed,
and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds.
All bedrooms have new flat panel HDTVs.
This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers an extra sectional sofa at the Den area
it has a Covered Lanai
Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 50 inch smart HDTV,
free wireless internet in all rooms.
There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.
Kitchen:
Don't feel like going out, no problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.
Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more.
The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Slept 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably and was quite spacious.
its close proximity to the Convention Center, Top Golf, Universal Studios, Mario cart racing, restaurants was a plus and it walking distance to the grocery store! We would definitely book it again.
The place is equipped with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen tools which are quite adequate for short stays but these need to be supplemented for longer stays. For example, there are no serving platters and baking dishes are sparse. The staff is quite responsive, however, when asked to provide more stuff.
The balcony furniture was a great disappointment and needs to be refurbished. One of the lounging chairs was broken and the settee was creaky -- you sat on it at your own peril! This marred our experience. if the balcony furniture were renewed/replaced, it would make this place ideal.
Because of balcony and kitchen equipment issues, we have rated this property as four stars. If these issues are addressed, this property would be a five-star one.
It was well maintained, beautiful decor providing a relaxing environment.
