The queen rooms on the lower level work well for the additional guest.
Only compliant is on the first night there was a very heavy rain storm and water was pooring into the master bed room and into the kitchen table.
The maintenance people were a little slow in responding and all the did was place empty trash cans under the area where the water was entering.
Picture Perfect is a beautiful cabin and I would recommend this cabin to friends and family.
Just wanted to let you know about the leaks.
Cookware. They could use more bowls for cereal and a broom and vacuum that were accessible would be helpful. The view was beautiful from the back decks! And the gamneroom was a life saver with so many kids. We even had the main floor a/c unit break and maintenance came out to fix it in a timely manner. Overall the cabin was a great meeting place for our large group and we would recommend it to others.
The only hiccup we experienced was walking in and not having the alarm code! However, David was quick to answer and assist us. Once we had turned it off, we heard two other cabin alarms going off as well. So we weren't the only ones disturbing the neighbors.
I'd recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. It's also really close to Pigeon Forge. We were only 10-15min away from lots of restaurants/activities.
Improvements could be more towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The one roll of paper towels supplied was gone in two days!
The only negative is that our garbage bins were full by our 4th day and we had to call three days in a row to get them emptied. We had to keep bags of garbage in the house, which was not awesome.
Other than that, it was a great house!!
