SPINNAKER POINTE UNIT 4B:
Spacious 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath unit in low-density complex, located in the heart of Gulf offers Gulf & Little Lagoon Views!! The large balcony, with seating, is accessible from the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.
The Living Area features a sleeper sofa, 2 comfy side chairs, and a television for enjoying in your spare time. Adjacent to and open to the Living Space, is the Kitchen and Dining Area. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a home cooked meal, or a snack on the way to the beach. The Dining Area has a table with seating for 6, with four additional barstools offered at the adjacent bar.
The Primary Bedroom features a King size bed with chest, ample closet space, and television. The private Bath offers a standing shower, garden tub, single vanity with plenty of cabinet space, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. The second bedroom features Queen bedding, chest of drawers, and ample closet space. Bedroom three, or the Kids Nook, offers two sets of Twin over Twin Bunk Beds and a chest of drawers. The shared guest bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen, features a single vanity, tub/shower combo, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Although Spinnaker Pointe is located just across the street from the beach, there is no beach access directly across the street. Access to the beach is located to the east approximately 2 blocks and is a public access with a crosswalk, parking if you decide to drive, and public restrooms.
Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.
Spinnaker Pointe is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
