Welcome to South Seas Bayside Villa 4306. Walk into the beautiful unit to find your first guest bedroom on the left. The guest bedroom features a large king bed, a private bathroom, a desk for all of your work needs and a flat screen TV. Continue on to the kitchen which allows for cooking while also enjoying the beautiful views Bayside Villa 4306 provides. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Stay in after a long day at the beach and create something special, or reheat dinner from one of the Island's best restaurants. You will find a breakfast bar with seating connected to the kitchen island. The living room is bright and beautiful and offers comfortable relaxation while enjoying the large flat screen tv which includes WIFI and cable services to keep up with all of your favorite shows. The beautiful and inviting dining room gives you the best view. Open the sliders to let the tropical breeze in while you enjoy your morning coffee and or dinner at the dining table with seating for six total. Climb the stairs to the second floor where you will find the last two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large king bed, a private bathroom, a flat screen TV equipped with WIFI and cable services and a sunny window seat. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV equipped with WIFI and cable services and a sunny window seat. The bathroom is located in the hallway. You will find the laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.

Spend your vacation days swimming and sunning on our pristine beaches. Search for Captiva Islands rare shells or hang back and enjoy the large heated pool and hot tub. Spend your time walking to shops and restaurants, listen to some live music and enjoy the local art galleries. Grill today's catch on one of the two large BBQ grills provided. Rent bicycles or golf carts and explore the island from one of the many rental facilities. Don’t miss a cruise with Captiva Cruises to view jumping dolphins or a beautiful Captiva Island sunset, the opportunity to parasail or jetski over at Yolo Watersports, shopping in cute boutiques, or dining out on fresh seafood and family-friendly favorites. South Seas Bayside Villa 4306 has an elevator to help make all of your trips easy as well as paved parking.
Property Manager will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
All our properties have contact free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)!
Please note South Seas amenities are not available when booking through a private company. You will have access to the beach and tennis court's that come with the unit. Also only electric Golf Carts are allowed within South Seas.
Since this is a privately managed townhome you do not have access to the South Seas Resort amenities, but you do have access to a large, heated pool, hot tub, high speed Wi-Fi and outdoor grills. The beach is just a just a short walk away through the Beach Villas
