Located at 3220 Solamere Drive, in the Solamere neighborhood, this spacious six-bedroom private home features wood floors, stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and a private outdoor hot tub and garage. The large deck is perfect for hosting a lovely evening under the stars and is equipped with an electric space heater. Complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street.
Solamere Home 3220 first bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed with en suite bathroom and patio access. The bathroom has a combination shower and tub and a single sink. This bathroom is also accessible through the main common area.
The second bedroom, on the lower level, has two twin beds. This bedroom has patio access. The third bedroom, on the lower level, has a king bed. This bedroom has patio access. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink.
The fourth bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted tub and a double sink. This bedroom has patio access. The fifth bedroom, on the upper level, has a queen bed. This bedroom has patio access. The sixth bedroom, on the upper level, has two twin beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed. This bedroom has patio access. The shared bathroom has a combination shower and tub and a double sink. The residence has an additional half bath on the main level.
This residence also has a full kitchen, fireplace, three patios, wine fridge, outdoor sectional couch, grill, private hot tub and private two car garage.
