Description
Stunning renovation of the most coveted condo at the highly acclaimed Shores of Panama resort in Panama City Beach Florida. 723 will blow you away with all the details! Feel like you're in heaven in our luxurious condo ~million dollar views from east to west! Morning coffee is the best with the huge balcony!
Condo 723 is located on the 7th floor at Shores of Panama.
The space
Bedroom accommodations are the best! We have a master bedrooms with king bed, luxurious linens, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with closet and plenty of storage. There is a private attached bathroom with tub/shower. The bunk bedroom has a door for privacy with custom built full/full bunks and brand new premium beds and bedding. There is a half bath in the hallway. The custom built spacious bunks allow this beauty to sleep 8. Brand new comfortable patio lounge furniture! The views from the balcony are amazing!

Condo 1427 is located on the 7th floor.
$100 registration fee on-site for 2 parking permits and 8 property wristbands. (No more than 2 permits are granted)
*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
Other things to note
Full Resort Amenities Include:
* Gorgeous lagoon style, 13,966 sq. ft. gulf-side pool with fountains
* Large pool deck and recreational features.
* Gulf-side hot tub
* Large heated indoor pool & hot tub
* Covered on-site parking deck
* Private beach access
* Two tiki bars serving lunch and dinner
* Beach activities and rental services
* Free high-speed internet access
As a guest of Property Manager you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner. Your choice of:
Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days. This is a $125 value, free for our guests.

*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
