-Amenities are not included! Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $85 upon arrival for a parking permit and wristbands.

If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.
