Shores of Panama 2003 is professionally managed by Property Manager in Panama City Beach, FL. This is a beautifully updated condo, located in the penthouse level, with views that cannot be beat! Start and end your day on the oversized, wrap around balcony that overlooks the resort pool and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. You will want to get up early for this sunrise! This condo offers plenty of space for all of your guests and modern furnishings throughout. You will love cooking in this gourmet kitchen, with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. With seating at the kitchen bar for 6, you will find everything you need, including all the utensils and small appliances you could need. This open concept layout moves into the spacious living room, with HUGE windows and ample seating. Enjoy movie or game night around the large flat screen TV, or just relax on the balcony.

The master bedroom, with windows overlooks the Gulf, is a retreat for when you need peace and quiet. It has a beautiful king size bed, a flat screen TV and its own private bathroom with large vanity. The guest room also has a king size bed, with ample storage, a flat screen TV and its own private bathroom attached with glass doors on the shower. The bunk room has a set of twin bunks, a door for privacy and its own half bathroom.

This gorgeous unit is well decorated and well equipped with everything you need. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. You also have reserved parking on the 8th floor. You will want to return to this property again and again!

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, a full spa, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 pool side Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides covered parking and facilities for large events.

- Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
- Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
