This spectacular house is the cream of the crop in beach homes. As you step into the huge open concept living/dining/kitchen area, your eye is immediately drawn to the fabulous dual fan suspended from the distressed wood vaulted ceiling. Once you catch your breath and scan the great room, you find a cozy seating area, a shuffleboard table, plenty of space to gather for meals and a kitchen that makes you want to cook, even on vacation! Sip morning coffee on the spacious deck while you take in an amazing sunrise and plan your day, there's plenty of great deck furniture to make it a group effort. And when your fun in the sun is done, draw straws to see who's first to use the oversized walk-in shower with two shower heads in the master bath! Each bedroom has it's own unique style, lots of character, plush bedding and a TV, so there's a place for everyone to kick back and catch a favorite show after a long day. This is the result of the uncertainty following the storm where some property owners elected to participate in the government buy out of lots that fell in what later would be considered within the vegetation line established by the State of Texas and subsequently included as part of the public beach. Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.
