Whether you're indulging in a leisurely morning coffee amidst the crisp mountain air or basking in the golden hues of a sunset, this enchanting space promises moments of pure bliss and serenity.

★☆ HOUSE RULES & NOTES ☆★

• Absolutely No smoking inside the house- there is bucket for Cigarette butts on a table outside in front porch 
• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50/pet per stay.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Please report any damages that occur during stay
• We have tankless hot water heaters which may have a change in water temp randomly that fixes itself within a minute but may have to adjust the hot/cold water during showers.
• Please be careful for your safety & gently use the Hearthstone fireplace (firewood not provided)
• No hunting, no fishing and no shooting allowed on the property
• Please DO NOT touch or play on the trailer under the tree in driveway (owner’s property)
• Please DO NOT get on Trampoline on the property; it is for the owner's use only and has a lock with “Keep Out” sign
• Please Do not throw trash in the creek
• Please leave the lock position VERTICAL for the lock right below Smartlock at ALL TIMES.
• There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.
• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
• These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
• If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
• One of the water heaters is in the Owner's closet in the second bedroom that does make loud clicking noises sometimes when activated from using hot water in the main bathroom.
• This property backs into the forest and has a lot of trees and a creek; which are natural habitat for wildlife such as snakes, wild hogs, bears, deer and other critters as well as bugs and insects…please expect to come across one and be safe while enjoying your stay !!
