As you enter through the gate, you will see an amazing patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining to enjoy the stars and company of friends. When you enter into this historic remodeled home, you are welcomed by its cozy decor and spacious living space. Equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay like a smart tv and comfortable sleeper sofa. Past the living room to the left you will find a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, sink with commercial faucet and many kitchen utensils. There is a table for two next to the window for morning coffee. The master bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and full dresser. The second bedroom is in the same hallway and is a multi-use bedroom with a trendle bed which can be used as two twin beds or put together for a king bed. There is a full bathroom which includes shower/tub in the same hallway.  Entering the basement level you will find a spacious bathroom with a beautiful walk-in oversized shower. This bathroom also houses a full-sized washer and dryer for guests.  The third bedroom is a child's haven with a twin bed and a kid's corner with toys/books. The fourth bedroom is a nomad workspace with a large closet. The perfect, quiet place to work. Perfect for families and traveling friends!

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-private parking is limited to 3 vehicles. More parking available on the street in front of home.
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container.
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
