Welcome to Sea Star Villa! This well constructed 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom Island home with a bonus room is ready to host guests comfortably! Larger families will enjoy the open floor plan, providing plenty of room to spread out and enjoy comfortable Island style furnishings and entertainment features. Pretty quilts are just the beginning when it comes to the comfort of the guest rooms. Splendid interiors, supremely cozy beds, makes falling into bed after a long day on the water that much more enjoyable! The wonderfully inviting master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the pool. Enjoy family meals, cocktail hour, and preparing your catch of the day in the fully appointed kitchen. With plenty of space for all your groceries, enjoy updated appliances, granite countertops, you have all the comforts of home to prepare all your family treats! Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The porch and pool in the backyard promise a relaxing vacation. The house is in short walking distance to the beach.

located covered porch area has an outdoor TV to watch the game or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. A wonderful 18 ft by 10 ft swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night.
The pool heat is $100.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
There is no garage access at Sea Star Villa however there are still six parking spaces in the driveway available to use during your stay.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
