There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you don’t have to pack your whole closet or look for coin laundry.
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV. If you don’t want to watch TV, you are just steps away from the 4th floor balcony to enjoy the sea salt breeze and partial Gulf views. The sofa also can become a Queen-sized sofa sleeper if needed. This condo will accommodate 6, perfect for the whole family!
The guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom is located next to the bedroom and has a combination tub/shower. The Master bedroom offers a King-sized bed. When day turns to night, Al’s Beach Club is our premier club and burger bar. Hungry? We've got that covered as well!
You must check-in at our office located at 895 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find an envelope with your information in your condo. Please call our office in advance for the door code. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
