The spacious living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking ocean views while relaxing in comfort. The kitchen entails granite countertops and stainless steel appliance. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in this fully stocked kitchen
The master bedroom boasts a plush King bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep with the soothing sounds of the ocean. The second bedroom is perfect for guests or family, offering two comfortable Queen beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with two cozy Twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. With stylish furnishings and modern amenities throughout, this beachfront rental promises a luxurious and memorable island getaway for all.
This condominium is a corner unit and offers a balcony on the west side of the condo, it is the perfect spot to watch a beautiful South Padre Island sunset! Your ultimate beach resort experience begins at Sapphire!
Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.
Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
As of April 2024 Sapphire guests are no longer allowed to use the pool or hot tub amenities at Margaritaville (formerly The Pearl).
