1/1 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: Queen. Hallway: Twin bunks. Living room: Sofa Sleeper. 1 small dog under 40 lbs allowed, $25 per day. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email.
Newly renovated, new sofa sleeper and wood laminate floors!! WIFI has always been an issue at this complex so we are excited to announce new WIFI service coming in May 2023!!
If you're looking for a condo that keeps you centrally located to the river, Schlitterbahn, downtown New Braunfels, and Gruene this is the place for you! River Run Condos are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. This snug 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo at River Run Condominiums has all the fixings of your grandma's house! The master bedroom has a queen bed. There are twin bunk beds located in the unit as well as a sofa sleeper. The cozy kitchen has basic cookware and comes with two rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags, small dish soap, and a sponge. The bathroom also comes stocked with hotel sized amenities. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Guests have direct access to the river from the property. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free wi-fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit.
Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Downtown New Braunfels is within walking distance, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive from River Run, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive.
This condo is on the first floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. 1 small dog allowed, must be under 40 lbs. $25 per day pet fee. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

The Management & staff are so kind & always
so helpful to our family:)
You have exclusive access to the Comal River, with an easy return walk after the chute. You can make an easy 2-block walk to the lovely downtown and visit the local businesses. Get a kolache at Naeglin's, a burger at Muck & Fuss, pizza at Calahan's, and enjoy live music at the Pour Haus & The Phoenix. Plus boutique shopping at The Local, Henne Hardware and so many more.
I enjoyed a long-term stay for 8 weeks in April & May, while working remote. I took advantage of the location to everything New Braunfels has to offer, with short drives to Gruene and I-35 access.
The unit was clean, space for storage, nice shower, covered parking. I had a friend join me for a weekend and we had plenty of room with the 2 of us.
The NB Escapes staff was very responsive to requests and questions. I am happy to answer any questions about the unit or things to do in the area.
And keep an eye out for deer in the evenings.
