3 separate cabins totaling: 5/3 cabins. Sleeps 14. No Kitchens. 1st cabin: King and Queen. 2nd cabin: 2 Queens in Living room. 2 bedrooms each with a Queen. 3rd cabin: 2 Queens. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email.

This fabulous river retreat is located right on River Road. The river views are amazing and there are no properties on the other side of the river for added privacy. There are three separate luxury cabins located on the property. The first two are efficiency style with one sleeping area each and the third one has three separate sleeping areas. The first cabin has a King and a Queen bed, the second cabin 2 Queens in the living room and 2 bedrooms each with a Queen and the third cabin has 2 Queens in the living area. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. There are many restaurants nearby. Please note these cabins do not have a full kitchen. Each has its own deck and there is a wonderful patio located right on the river.

The closest tube outfitter is Bezdek's Rentals which is .3 miles from the cabins. Come and relax for the weekend or a full week at this luxury riverfront paradise! These cabins do not have kitchens or plates/cups/silverware etc. This is a very quiet neighborhood so please note that this home has a outside noise policy after 10PM. 6 vehicles max allowed at property. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. These cabins have a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoors of this home are monitored by video camera. The place was great it was our second time staying there in two years. The place was clean and the property was nice. The only complaint this time where are the 3 to 5 cockroaches we found on a daily basis and all three of the cabins. The only thing I can think of is that it must’ve been exterminated by a pest control company right before we checked in. A lot of the cockroaches we found were dead, but also found some that were half alive too. I’d recommend you guys use insulating spray foam around all of the pipes coming into each of the cabins. That should do the trick.

WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! My family and some of my daughters friends rented these cabins on Memorial Day weekend. The mornings and the evenings were SO relaxing for the adults to sit around and enjoy the beauty of the property! We had all of our meals under the little pavilion by the river so that was very enjoyable. During the day the river gets busy so the teens loved that part! They were able to tie up to a tree or float downriver and we drove down a little ways to pick them up. It was a tad challenging without a stove/oven but between the grill and an electric skillet it was plenty! There are a couple of restaurants, and convenience stores minutes away so that's very nice and convenient! My suggestion would be to bring a wagon because the grill is downhill from the cabins and too many trips up and down the hill can get old quick.

Great PLace to stay right on the water. The only thing I could complain about is the cooking set up. You really have to bring almost everything you need if you plan on cooking. Other than that which is made clear in the listing, it's a great rental. Clean, cute, spacious, and in the perfect river spot!

We had a wonderful time. the facility is very nice and pretty well kept. The only issues were, there were lights out on the pavilion, we were told they would be fixed, that never happened. We reported 1 fridge not working and 1 ice maker not working. The fridge was supplemented with another fridge after several days, the ice maker was not repaired. We spoke with management regarding these issues and saw 4 different repairmen, seemed to be a lack of communication regarding repair services. We also had to request the garbage get emptied from the previous tenants. There were 4 or 5 trash cans all full from the previous tenant and no place for us to put our trash, after cleaning up after raccoons each day for 4 days, I had to call management who remedied the situation. Our stay was very nice, pre-inspections of the facility might be in order to head off issues for the next tenants so they are not inconvenienced or burdened.

It was great! Perfect location and set up. My only "negative" might be to point out that there isn't an oven. It was perfect for a 2 night stay but might be an issue for any longer trips.

Our family came for our daughters wedding ! We had all of our five daughters , Son In Laws, and grandchildren. We cannot describe in enough words how beautiful, relaxing, well maintained, and great hosts we had for our time ! I would highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone ! We were close to amazing restaurant, the river held so many hours of relaxation and fun floating ! Our hosts were amazing and helpful and quickly responded to any request we had during our stay !

Our fishing trip in Louisiana was flooded out so we scrambled and booked this place instead. Interactions with management company were great. They were very helpful. The location was pretty much ideal, right on the river just minutes from town. This was one of the nicer properties we saw online, from the road and from the river. However, for something in this price range (almost 3K with fees and taxes for 2 nights) it underwhelmed. For starters 1 of the 3 toilets was clogged when we arrived. Not ideal situation for 14 people. Toilet had nothing in it but the water wouldn't drain. Tried plunging it but it didn't help. In another bathroom, 1/2-3/4 of the floor tiles were not connected to the floor and were great at catching toes and feet. In the larger cabin, there is only 1 wall unit providing a/c. As a result the 2 lock out rooms get quite warm if you shut the doors. That was on a cloudy, rainy weekend. I'm sure it would be worse during peak summer times. The lighting controls were a bit funky. Don't think we ever figured out how to properly work them. We just kept pushing buttons until the came on or turned off. Everything else was nice though. Just wish it would have been maintained at the same level that they charged for it. For the money, I wouldn't return if those things continue to be an issue, but would and also recommend it, if they fixed all the issues.

Overall our stay was great!
The cleaning/grounds people didn't get 5 stars because there was a dirty was rag under our sink, trash behind out nightstand, a number of ants all over, we had to empty the grill ourselves in order to cook on it because it was so full, and the lawn maintenance people came one day while we were there(not something I think you should have to deal with while on vacation).
The ice makers were a blessing to have, the beds were comfortable, the fan and lights on the lower patio were amazing and the view was great.
I would recommend giving a gate clicker to future guest because the house is so close to the corner and you have to hold up traffic to get out and enter the code every time.
Again overall I loved our stay and would recommend the house.

I booked this house for 12 of my friends for a weekend. The houses are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the lawn and pavilion were perfect for games and relaxing.

Great property. Excellent views and facilities. The pavilion in the river is a great hangout for the family even in the rain. Only problem was that the televisions in the 2 smaller cabins did not work.

We have stayed with New Braunfels Escapes many times and this was our favorite property, it was amazing set up. We had a dozen large guys who all fit comfortably among the different cabins. The yard is massive and completely shaded by trees, which we used for many types of yard games. We brought our own rafts and tied off in the river, just floating behind the house. At first we were worried about the lack of kitchen but we used the grill every night and spent a good amount of time at the covered grill area, so kitchen was not a factor. Overall, I recommend this property for any size or type of group, you will definitely enjoy it!

Great location, great property for a large group. Right by tube rentals and a bar. For the price, I wish the place had a kitchen or at minimum a grill by the house. I brought my grill and we did all the cooking on that. Perfect spot for a relaxing weekend on the river!
