Aloha! We want to invite you to stay at Royal Mauian #205 for your much-deserved Maui vacation. Royal Mauian #205 offers two bedrooms, two baths, and gorgeous beach and oceanfront views for you to enjoy. The primary bedroom offers a king bed that is oceanside. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that, on request, we are happy to push together to make a single King bed. The spacious lanai offers a bar-height table with four chairs for you to enjoy morning coffee or an intimate sunset meal. Or stack the chairs and set them aside to make room for the pair of comfortable folding lounge chairs available in this unit. Watch the whales play during whale season (Mid-December-Through Mid-May) from the front-row seat offered by this unit's beautiful unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The interior of this condo offers all the comforts of home for you to enjoy during your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, or you can visit one of the many great restaurants within walking distance. The living room and dining areas offer plenty of seating for everyone to sit back in the comfort of air conditioning (both bedrooms and living room) and talk about the day's adventures.
Royal Mauian is a unique six-story oceanfront property located in South Kihei offering unobstructed views of the clear blue Pacific. The property and adjacent Kamaole Beaches together provide excellent locations for stunning sunsets, snorkeling, swimming, romantic beach strolling, and seasonal whale watching. Royal Mauian features an oceanfront pool area giving you the comfort of a pool setting with the beauty of a day at the beach. A rooftop garden area with gas barbecues & panoramic views of the island as well as free parking (one parking pass per condo is available to guests). The unit interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryer units, cable television, private lanais, and luxury linens supplied directly by Property Manager.
