As avid outdoor enthusiasts, my family and I designed this home to be the perfect basecamp for your Winter Park getaway. Nestled in the ROAM neighborhood, you're just steps away from both wilderness trails and downtown delights.

One of our favorite features (and soon to be yours) is the private overnight ski locker at the base of Winter Park Resort - included with your stay at no extra cost! This game-changing amenity means no more lugging heavy gear back and forth or cramming wet skis into your car. Simply stash your equipment securely at the resort and stroll to the lifts each morning feeling fresh and ready to hit the slopes. It's a luxury that'll transform your ski vacation experience!
