Resort 5 Bed Private Pool & Spa, Game Room Home

This could be your dream vacation villa/home located 4 1/2 miles from Disney's entrance in a family friendly resort community of Windsor Palms. Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorland and many more attractions are within 10 miles. Our tastefully decorated 5 bed, 3.5 bath villa has its own private South East facing swimming pool and hot tub with a covered lanai.Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.


*Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. Also No commercial vechicles or trailers are allowed in the community.


There are 2 master bedroom suites on the ground floor. The larger one has a king size bed, a huge bathroom with a garden bathtub, a separate shower, enclosed toilet, double sinks and a walk in closet. There are sliding doors leading out to the patio and pool area from this master bedroom. The second suite has a queen bed and a spacious bathroom. The third bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds. This bedroom has recently been redecorated in a MICKEY, MINNIE AND PLUTO theme. It is a great room for the young and young at heart. The living, dining, breakfast, kitchen area is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings making it very bright and airy. New stainless steel appliances have recently been added to the kitchen. The living room has a 55 inch flat panel TV and a blue ray player for your entertainment. One of the two leather sofas is a pull out double bed. There are alarmed (child proof) sliding doors which lead out to a patio area and to a gated pool and hot tub. Please note there's an extra fee to heat the pool and hot tub. The patio is a delightful spot to dine "alfresco" poolside on our outdoor furniture. There is also a bathroom with outside access which is alarmed (you don’t have to traipse through the house to spend a penny). Upstairs are an additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom, one bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has bunk beds. The bunk room has also been redecorated. The DISNEY FROZEN theme is a child's delight. All the bedrooms have closets, dressers/chests, and new flat panel TVs. Our large spacious game room, which was recently remodeled, has an American pool table and foosball table . The villa has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that the house has outdoor camera by the front door, above the garage pointing the driveway and by the pool pump equipment.
