We had a great time here, easy walk to beach, spacious rental, nice amenities. Played pickle ball on courts in complex, swam in pool, enjoyed jacuzzi!

The condo met our family needs during vacation. The place was clean and it was great to have our own space and kitchen. It was great to be able to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The location worked well for us as we could walk to the beach but most days we drove so we could bring all the chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear easily. The condo is above another and there are signs to walk softly which would have been good to know beforehand since we had three kids with us. Overall, a good condo for families.

Nice property in a great location. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family of 4 to spread out in. The unit is well stocked, but we could have used more towels and wash cloths. The washer and dryer in the unit was helpful to wash the towels mid-week (but who wants to do laundry on vacation?). While in good shape, the unit was showing its age and could use some updating. Really glad this unit had AC too!

Overall the place is good if traveling with family. Had everything we need it.
The living room ceiling had a leak due to heavy rains, however it didn’t bother us and the property let us know before we arrived.
NOTE: this is more like an apartment complex, so didn’t really explored around property, but it’s very convenient to everything around us.

Overall, this was a great place for our party of 6. We were disappointed to find two large bowls in the living room under what must have been a roof leak but the management company thought the repair was finished. It was reasonably clean though everything is original to when this was built and is showing its age. We found the lack of any kind of nighttime deadbolt or chain lock disconcerting. Master bedroom bathroom light/fan made a very loud noise that echoed really bad upstairs as well.

Nice condo, good layout for our needs. The only complaints we had was the screen door kept popping off the slider, and the oven display was so dim you couldn’t see what temperature you were setting the oven to.

Large comfortable condo nicely furnished and in an excellent location with easy access to beaches and restaurants. Owner went out of their way to take care of TV/CATV issue, even replacing the TV. Would certainly stay there again!

This property is in a great location. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived. It is so well stocked it is easy to have your meals in. But it is located to so many great restaurants if you want a meal out. Quick walk to the beach for hours of fun.

This condo (#924 at Regency at Poipu Kai) was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We were able to relax together and spread out in the spacious condo. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms clean a spacious. Of course, we would have liked to have an ocean view, but we were able to walk to the ocean side and several beaches. Also, just a short drive to restuarants and shopping. The Regency grounds felt tropical and were well maintained.

Very clean, comfortable beds. The grounds and walking path to the beach are beautiful. Only issue we had was figuring out the swimming pool. The fob does not work for most of the pools. And if the pool door closes it locks you in the pool area unless you have a key. We had to jump the fence to get out.

Family of 6 and the place is very spacious . 3 bathrooms was perfect. The loft was perfect extra sleeping space.Easy walk to the beach and great beach supplies. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need . A/C works great! The staff at Remax were readily available to answer any questions. We highly recommend staying here !

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I only have two complaints. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was uncomfortable to sleep on. My wife and I woke up with sore backs every morning. The other issue was there was an area of the ceiling which had paint scraped away due to water damage and there where two bowls placed underneath in order to collect any water dripping through the roof when it rained. That is not a sight you want greeting you upon your arrival and should have been disclosed for the money that we paid to stay there.

Overall a great experience. Amazing location. There had been a roof leak and the ceiling was peeling in the family room. I reported it and never heard back. Did find the beach toys with some effort and in bad shape. The kitchen was also lacking in equipment but we made it work. The furniture was outdated and needs cleaning. But we enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and ac for our family.

It was nice to have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath as we had six people. Additional seating in the living and dining rooms would have been helpful. Didn’t realize this wasn’t a ground floor unit, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Great condo. Black out shades in the bedroom would be helpful, there is a lot of light from the complex. We needed another blanket for the futon, we managed by taking a throw off a bed. There was only a 4 cup coffee pot, a larger one would be nice.

This condo had everything we needed. The location was great as it was an easy and beautiful walk to 3 beaches using the walking path. We also liked the central location to the east and west side of the island where we did hiking. We specifically chose this one because of the air conditioning as we are used to having at home. Also the 3 Br/3 Ba was great for 6 of us to get ready in less time. The condo was well stocked with baggies/food storage, cooler, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc. The grounds of the condo were very well kept and pretty.

Yes, the condo was neat, clean and spacious and included 3 full bather rooms. There were 2 nice pools and hot tubs and close enough to walk to the beach. We were very pleased with location too. Everything was handles very professionally and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We loved this house. It was so spacious and clean, awesome layout. Perfect location for what we needed pretty central to the beach and shopping. Quick enough drive to Lihue. My only complaint is the parking. This rental is only allotted one parking spot and sometimes it's parked in. So if you have 2 vehicles which we did it wasnt much fun trying to find parking as there is no street parking. Just have to hope there's an unmarked stall open. And pretty sure we ended up utilizing those spots on lots assigned to other buildings.

Wonderful place. Clean. Very well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. Quick walk to the beach. Only one grill in Both pool areas. They did work. Unfortunate that outside pressure washing and painting didn't allow use of the balconies.

Our vacation rental experience was easy and streamlined. The app is very helpful. We had an issue with water temp and response time was very good. The kitchen had a lot of condiments from pervious guests, so that was a pleasant surprise ( oil, spices, sugar, flour, syrup, etc.). Wished there were some beach chairs and pool toys, though. Overall, great experience and felt ery comfortable! Would recommend again!

We are a family of 6 and this condo was the perfect set up for our family. It was beautifully well kept, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside closet also had quite a bit of toys and gear for the beach, which was very helpful as well. Short 10 minute walk to the beach at most. The grounds are well kept and the pools were nice as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying in the unit again!

The condo met all our expectations. It is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, plates, glasses etc., to towels and linens. There are 2 BBQ areas located by the 2 pools for the condos. They are easy to walk to. The grounds through out the condo are very well kept. Shipwrecks Beach is within walking distance of the condo. We didn't swim there because it always had a red flag posted while we were there. But we did just sit and relax. Found some nice shells. We did swim at Poipu Beach which has a life guard during the day. We even got to see a sea turtle. We went on a Safari Helicopter tour which was just amazing. If you think Kauai is beautiful at ground level, it is just breathtaking from the air. Waimea Canyon and the Napali Coast are a must see. We visited the Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge & Kilauea Lighthouse which had spectacular views. We also did the Coco Palms Hotel tour located in Kapaa . I was not rebuilt after the 1992 hurricane but has such a rich history. It is now hopefully going to be rebuilt to its former self. There are so many more things to do that we would have needed at least another week to explore.

Rental was clean and accomodating. Staff was helpful when called. Some things need help. Refer leaks water inside and drips over food (staff was notified). Toilet upstairs "phantom flushes" (staff was not notified). Overall a nice clean units. We would use it again.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable space. The A/C was not working on day one and place was hot. We needed to waiting until the next day for it to be fixed. No Internet info in the house to sign in. Therefore had to wait until next day to ask office. Otherwise, nice location and courteous property management. Nice to have laundry and dishwasher. No rice cooker.

For the price paid too many things were broken and not addressed timely and options provided were just not convenient for broken items. Too many restrictions placed on your for electric cable internet in contract for the huge price paid. Internet and computers did not work. I was disappointed in price paid versus actual living there for two weeks. I know being there better deals are available, people should search more for deals.

When we landed in Kauai, we had rented a different condo which turned out to be just dreadful. The property management company moved us here! This places was awesome. It was clean, quiet and spacious with all the amentities one is acustom to at home. The proproty management company was excellent. The location was great. I would stay here again!

This property was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The furniture in the living area is dated and shows its age, especially the recliner. The balcony overlooks the parking lot, but it is not noisy. The value is good.

We were a group of three couples staying in Poipu for a friend's wedding at the nearby Grand Hyatt Kauai, and this condo at Regency Poipu Kai was perfect for our needs. Spacious and clean, with a full bathroom to accompany each bedroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and ideal location just a few minutes' walk from Poipu Beach Park and the Grand Hyatt, and a few minutes' drive to all of the restaurants and shopping of Poipu and Koloa. The condo was perfectly clean and well stocked when we arrived, and while furnishings aren't the newest or most modern, everything is in very good condition.

Nice place, well equipped kitchen, AC felt good on hot muggy days, seemed pricey. There was a half-eaten bag of beef jerky left on a seat, and a toilet leaked. Staff were pleasant.

Thank you for the wonderful vacation on the tropical paridise of Kauai. We had a great time and the condo was all we needed to see the entire island. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk through tropical gradens to Shipwreck, Bernecke, and Poipu beaches. There were 4 of us for 1 week and 6 for the second week and the condo accomodated us well. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The Property was very well equipped with everything you may need to spend the week. The management company was very generous with supplies, such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. The only negative comment I have is that the furniture (couch in paricular) and throw rugs are pretty worn and should be replaced. It could also use a fresh coat of paint.
