This lavish penthouse condo offers the best location on the resort and top floor views of the main Pool and Clubhouse and Lake Cay!
The spacious 2000sf layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a den with desk and pull out queen sofa bed. The open plan living and dining area has dining for 4, a large furnished patio and comfortably sleeps 8 guests.
The south, pool-facing living area offers cosy open plan seating and dining area, a 50” TV, DVD and premium cable. The cook can chat with guests while preparing a meal in the fully equipped top of the line kitchen which is ready for preparing a quick snack to gourmet dining. All the comforts of home and more!
The master bedroom features a king size bed with new pillow-top mattress, top quality linens plus 37” flat screen TV in the master. The huge en suite bathroom includes his and hers vanities, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a King size bed and 2 full beds in the third bedroom. New pillow top mattresses, top quality linens and good size flat-screen TVS in all bedrooms.
Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai, which is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink and enjoy the lovely views over the pool area and Lake Cay.
The condo has a full size washer and dryer in the unit so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.
