***DISCLOSURE 3/13/25:
In 2023 we completed the roof replacement for buildings A, B, G and F and we are continuing on with our last four buildings along with the Pool house this year. We have the following buildings scheduled for roof replacement:

May 26 – June 11 K Building
June 11 - June 12 Pool House
The roofing company will be working Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:30am to 5pm. Owners and guests can expect poundings, scraping, and talking during the construction hours and we apologize in advance for this disturbance. We encourage owners and guests to go out and explore the island or go to the beach and enjoy the ocean and sun.
Please be advised that although we do not anticipate any changes to this schedule, it is subject to change. Be assured that we will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.
This lovely Pono Kai unit can be found on the Coconut Coast in Kapaa, Kauai. Offering guests a beachfront resort experience in a convenient location! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Resort Condominium is located in the ideal Building H on the second floor. Featuring a cozy, covered lanai that faces the pool and cabana area, the ideal location to enjoy comfortable lounge seating while taking in the tropical splendors. Unit H204 is clean and bright with an abundance of natural light. Offering guests everything they need for a dream getaway with the comforts of home! Including a fully-equipped kitchen ready to prepare your island-inspired meals, a comfortable living area with entertainment center &. a sleeper sofa, and dining table for four.
The building has an elevator and ample parking is also available. In addition to being a short walk away from downtown Kapaa, which has numerous dining options, shopping, and banking services, there is a multi-use bike path stretching over 7 miles following the coastline.
The Pono Kai complex provides a wide range of on-site amenities such as a pool, hot tub, shared laundry facilities, tennis courts, putting greens, volleyball court, croquet court, ping-pong table, chess court, and more.
