The only down side to our stay in the house was the heating system. We smelled natural gas in the lower level when we checked into the house. We immediately reported to Pinnacle Lodging and a service technician was sent out. (Communication back from Pinnacle Lodging should have been better on this issue). The technician found a gas leak and repaired that evening. Unfortunately, the temperature was below zero during our stay and the house was quite cold during this period. The heating system in the master bedroom wasn’t functioning well and the temp dropped to 58 degrees that night after the leak was repaired so another call to Pinnacle Lodging. The technician wasn’t able to solve the problem so we used a space heater and left the door open at night to get some heat from the main living area. It is disappointing that the gas leak wasn’t reported and repaired prior to our visit to the property. If it weren’t for the gas leak and general heating issues, I would have rated the property satisfaction much higher.
