From the moment you walk in, you’ll love the great room feel, which contains a huge couch for movie nights and a fully equipped kitchen with all that you need for cooking meals. Each bedroom features tasteful decor, and there is an upstairs living space with another large couch and a flatscreen TV. Whether you want to stargaze or sunbathe, the rooftop patio deck is the perfect final relaxation spot, and it certainly provides wonderful memories to take home with you. While you may just never want to leave Pier 43, be sure to take advantage of the incredible amenities over at The Shores Resort, just a 2-minute walk away!
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Property Manager guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.
