With only three (3) condos in this secluded complex nestled right on the ocean side of the Mantazas Inlet, it's like having your own private beach.
Beautifully remodeled and upgraded throughout, the only thing missing is you. This three-story ocean front townhouse style condo occupies the first, second and third floor, so whether you are looking for a view with shade or ready to catch some sun, you have the best view of any other condo on the island.
This split-level condo features large sliding glass doors exiting out onto a very large patio deck with unobstructed views of the beach from the master bedroom and the living room. With two bedrooms and two full baths and lots of living space, you have plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
The master suite contains two (2) very comfortable queen size beds, Flat Screen TV and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a flat screen TV.
The living room has plenty of seating for the entire family. So just sit back and enjoy the 50" flat screen TV, watch the ocean or listen to the sounds of the waves. Our condo is also equipped with high speed WIFI, so bring your electronic devices and stay in touch with friends and families.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. All the condos major appliances have been upgraded to new energy-efficient models including the refrigerator, flat-top stove, and dishwasher, all in stainless steel finishes, and a large-capacity washing machine and dryer. Also included is all the cookware you will need, a coffee maker, toaster and even a blender.
Sea Spray is an ocean-front community with private access to the soft, wide beach. Historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in the U.S. is just 7 miles up A1A, with over 500 years of history with tours, dining, shopping, San Sebastian winery, Flagler College, the Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and a miniature golf course with pirate ship.
