Willow Place Penthouse, 3-Bedrooms, 3-Baths
The Willow Place Penthouse is Vail's finest vacation rental property. Centrally located on Willow Place, a short three minute walk to the Gondola One lift, the penthouse occupies the entire top floor of the Riverhouse building. Enjoy panoramic views of Vail Mountain and the Gore Range in the complete quiet and privacy of Vail's most luxurious accommodations.
Accommodations include: over 3500 sq ft of living space. The entire top floor of the Riverhouse building. Each bedroom has an en-suite marble bathroom with heated floor. The penthouse has complete laundry facilities, two decks overlooking the village, secure wireless internet access and six flat screen HDTVs. There are two fireplaces; one is wood burning and one is gas. The unit has been professionally decorated in a comfortable western style with museum quality Native American art. There is heated underground parking, free ski storage near the base of the new Village Gondola, and a private elevator entrance. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager is our full time property manager. They provide check-in, concierge, maintenance, and can answer all of your questions. You will check-in with a live person keys not left under a mat, Secure payments are made through Property Manager, a real estate agency licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Guest Services include discount lift tickets, car rentals, ground transportation, ski rentals, and grocery delivery. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. Stays of 6 nights or more include a free checkout clean.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
