Property Manager presents, Peaceful Easy Feeling, a cozy gulf view duplex on an upcoming street in Seagrove Beach. This vacation rental home offers a family feel that will be sure to complete your 30A beach vacation. This home hosts 2 king bedrooms (master on second floor), 1 queen bedroom, a bunk room with four bunks (8 twin beds total), and an open floor plan living room and kitchen with water views from the balcony. It has been decorated with influence from the crystal clear gulf and beach air.
The master bedroom is directly located at the front of the house on the second floor as you enter from the stairway outside. Completed with a luxurious airy balcony that displays water views. The en-suite master bathroom has double vanities with large mirrors, modern tiling and walk in shower. As you make your way out of the master there is another king bedroom with a back balcony overlooking the large private pool. This bedroom is accompanied with a walk in shower and large closet for guests.
As you make your way up to the third floor you will see a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and back balcony that also overlooks the pool to your right. Straight on is the modern kitchen with a large island and barstools to provide fellowship among the guests. The kitchen hosts all new appliances such as a mini fridge, oven, and a new multi compartment fridge / freezer. To the left of the kitchen island there is the living room with comfortable couch seating and a large flat screen TV. Complemented with a dining table that can seat 8 guests with views of the sparking Emerald Coast. As you walk out onto the third floor front balcony there is a bed swing to enjoy your coffee, read a book or just take in the salty beach mist.
On the bottom floor, pool access and laundry room is located here with a bunk room that comfortably sleeps eight. Garage access is on the bottom floor as well.
This home is perfectly situated in Seagrove Beach for a relaxing family vacation. The large pool provides a break from the beach when needed and a safe place for children to swim and socialize. With a short walk down Chivas Lane, Walton Dunes Beach Access is across the street from the unit.
**Peaceful Easy Feeling is a duplex. Guests will be staying on the right side (Unit B), please be mindful that the left side is privately owned.**
**The spiral staircase on the third floor balcony is not for guests use**
