Step into this breathtaking home adorned with Tuscan decor. Enjoy relaxation and camaraderie with family and friends on the private backyard patio or in the expansive open kitchen/living room area. Nestled at the base of the Bookcliffs, this centrally located 4-bedroom home is an ideal hub for exploring the valley's numerous adventures. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, special occasions, or weekend getaways, this home is your ideal home away from home.
When you enter the home, a formal dining area is on your right with beautiful artwork displayed. Ahead of you will be the living room area with plenty of seating for entertaining or hanging out with friends. To the left of the living room is a hallway that leads to three bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have a unique style with queen beds. The third bedroom has a dedicated workspace area and a trundle bed that sleeps two. Off to the right of the living room is a spacious kitchen with a morning nook area looking out to the spacious back patio and private yard. Between the kitchen and formal dining area is a hallway to the laundry room and master suite. Upon entering the master suite, you will be amazed at the sight. To the left is the bedroom and to the right is a beautiful bathroom. First to catch your eye is the jacuzzi tub nestled in the corner, perfect for relaxation. To the right is a two-sink vanity, shower, and private toilet room. Left of the bathroom is a walk-on closet with shelving and a dressing area. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and reading area to help you unwind after a day out.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles, one in the garage and two in the driveway
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in trash container.
