Welcome to Ospreys Landing at Solterra Resort by Property Manager - only 9 miles to Walt Disney World!!
This beautiful & spacious two story home offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 19! It has a West facing pool and spa/hot tub and is perfect for a family or multiple families travelling together.

BONUS ROOM - 'THE DEN'
As you enter the home you will notice the wide open concept. There is a bonus room - the Den on your left after you enter the house. The Den has a sofa that converts into a sleeper and a 32" flat screen TV. Perfect to use as an extra sleeping space or another room to watch TV.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAS
The large kitchen has granite counter tops and island with breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing a quick snack to a full family dinner. The dining table seats 8 overlooks the pool area.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has two sofas and a large 50" wall mounted TV and DVD player. Behind the sofa are sliding doors leading to the pool area.

There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway. Additional parking is availabe on the street in the designated parking areas outlined with white lines.

Popular by everyone is the outdoor area. The pool area has an over sized deck with large pool, hot tub/spa and water fall features. Enjoy al fresco dining with a table that seats 6 complete with ceiling fan. There are 6 sun loungers too for soaking up the rays! A children's pool safety fence.
* Pool heat is $35 plus tax per night. Pool heat is recommended October-April.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F (if there is a hot tub 100-102 F) and runs from 7am - 11pm.
* Please request at least 1 week prior to arrival.
