Description
As seen on HGTV Beach Hunters!!! Ohana Tides is a fantastic, newly renovated oceanfront beach home with an inverted floor plan, an elevator for guest use, open living and dining area with a wall of windows showcasing expansive ocean views and partial marsh views as well! Remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, oversized sink and quartz countertops, with all new appliances and dining for 14 people. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are oceanfront. Home also has TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, WIFI, Expanded cable service, a pack 'n play, high chair and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include front and back decks, covered porch, picnic table, enclosed shower with hot/cold water, and a foot shower. Brand new outdoor entertaining area with large heated pool (pool heater with surcharge). Pool has a 13 foot WATER SLIDE!! Pool heated in the off season @ $100 per day. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill and island sink. Plenty of outdoor sitting space, dining and outdoor lighting. Volleyball court or multiple purpose area for corn hole, horse shoes, etc. Come enjoy a spectacular beach vacation with all the comforts of home!
Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only), Beach/Bath Towel Combo and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only.
***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
