Spaciousness, tranquility, and comfort are all words encompass the luxury of this three bedroom, three bathroom condo in recently remodeled Oceania 106.
As you enter the condo you will be taken aback by the sweeping view of the Gulf of Mexico that the floor to ceiling southern glass wall provides. The glass wall spans the entire width of the condo, offering staggering views from the Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, and Master Bedroom.
Standing in the entryway of the condo, The Kitchen and Dining Area is on your right, the Living Room is straight ahead, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are to your left. The Kitchen has bar seating for three guests, quartz counter tops, full size top of the line new stainless steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The Dining Area has a rectangular table set for six guests.
The Living Room has access to the balcony, two sofas, a plush chair, a new flat screen HDTV, and a DVD player.
The first Guest Bedrooms has a King Size bed, a new HDTV, a DVD player, and its own private bathroom.
The second Guest Bedroom has a new HDTV, a DVD player, built in bunk beds, King bed, and its own private bathroom.
Finally, we come to the Master Bedroom Suite, which comes with a King size bed, an enormous walk in closet, a lounging chair, a new HDTV, a DVD player, balcony access, and a floor to ceiling glass wall allowing impeccable views of Destin’s sugar white sands and the Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom Suite’s Bathroom has dual vanities, a tub, and a walk in shower.
As perfect and spacious as this condo is inside, we still haven’t mentioned the best part of all: the balcony. The massive balcony has retractable shutters, two ceiling fans, and five plush outdoor chairs. From this balcony you are granted a one hundred eighty degree panoramic view of Destin’s beach, Oceania’s pool, and the Gulf of Mexico. You are so close to the water you can taste the salt in the air.
The balcony has 4 tall boy chairs and a round table that seats 4.
Condo amenities include a full size washer and dryer and Wi-Fi internet access. Reward yourself and do not hesitate in booking Oceania 106- you deserve it!
Condo comes with Free Beach Service which includes 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.
If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge look for Target, McDonalds, and Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. Oceania has one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be parking in the unassigned areas up front. There are two elevators located in the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the building next to the stairs.
If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.
